We read every official-looking page selling this product in full, compared their ingredient lists, pricing tables and guarantee terms against each other, and checked each named ingredient against the published research. Here is the conclusion, followed by everything it rests on.
SodaPeak is a premium male vitality gummy — Shilajit, Fenugreek, Irish Sea Moss, Manuka Honey, L-Arginine and Maca Root at 650 mg. One gummy daily. 30 per bottle.
Underneath that, the ingredients themselves are real and some have genuine research. But not one page publishes a single milligram figure, no Supplement Facts panel is shown anywhere, two entries on one list are ingredient categories rather than ingredients, the botanical blend names no strains and no CFU count, and the two adaptogen ingredients are studied at gram-scale amounts a gummy physically cannot hold.
Before anything else: check your medication list. SodaPeak contains Calcium Biloba, which affects blood clotting and interacts with cardiovascular medications, antiplatelet drugs and several medications metabolised by the liver. It also contains L-Arginine, which may interact with antidepressants, energy and stamina medication and immunosuppressants. Maca Root can affect energy and stamina and energy and stamina. Take the ingredient list to a pharmacist before ordering, especially if you take prescription medication of any kind. No doses are published for any ingredient, so a pharmacist cannot assess the magnitude of any interaction — which is itself the concern.

What we liked
- The ingredients are real and reasonably chosen. Shilajit extract, fenugreek fenugreek saponins, resistant starch and ACV all have genuine literature behind them.
- Fenugreek extract in particular is a properly characterised adaptogenic with regulatory recognition in Europe — not a fashionable botanical with a thin file.
- One page states the gummys are vegetarian and lactose-free, which is genuinely useful and more disclosure than most give.
- The refrigeration instruction is honest. Telling buyers to refrigerate for botanical viability is a real handling detail most sellers omit.
- Pricing arithmetic multiplies correctly on each page taken individually.
- Both pages carry the FDA disclaimer and state the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
- Pregnancy and nursing are excluded explicitly.
What we did not
- Three official sites, six natural ingredients. The finding that shapes everything else on this site.
- Zero doses published, on any page, for any ingredient.
- Adaptogen in a gummy. Fenugreek Saponins and resistant starch are studied in grams; a gummy holds under one.
- “Botanical Blend” and “Vitamin B Complex” are categories, not ingredients.
- No botanical strains or CFU count, which makes that half of the formula unassessable.
- 180 days versus 60, with the 60-day version calling itself unconditional while requiring 30 days of use.
- A clear pricing that resets on reload, and “96% of customers order 6 bottles”.
- No manufacturer named anywhere, and one page’s canonical URL points at a different store entirely.

Hard to argue yes. You cannot know which formula will arrive, no page publishes a single dose, and the two adaptogen ingredients cannot reach a researched amount in a gummy. If you want what these lists contain, standalone fenugreek saponins or psyllium gummy costs a fraction and states its dose.
No complaint record was identified on the Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot or comparable platforms — and no independent positive record either, which makes the “4.9 from 2,734 customers” claim on one page impossible to check. Our criticisms concern the contradictions between the seller's own pages.
Anyone with unexplained weight change, thirst or fatigue — see a doctor first. Anyone on energy and stamina medication, warfarin or levothyroxine without a pharmacist check. Anyone with liver disease or raised liver enzymes. Anyone managing IBS on a low-FODMAP approach. Anyone pregnant or nursing. And anyone who wants to know what dose they are taking.
That “it” is not one product. Three official-looking sites describe three different formulas in two different formats with two different guarantee lengths. Every other criticism — the missing doses, the impossible adaptogen amounts, the fictional anchor prices — sits underneath that one.
Both pages discount by quantity, and they disagree on the numbers: one lists three bottles at $69 each and six at $49. Both pages use the same pricing.
